UniOlbia registered in the Regional Register of Legal Entities

The Association "Consorzio Polo Universitario Olbia", also called "PoloUniOlbia" or "UniOlbia", has been registered in n.282 of the Regional Register of private legal entities and, as a result of registration, acquires legal personality under private law. The measure is issued by the Directorate-General of the Region of Sardinia. 

The recognition was granted because the UniOlbia Polo Association "pursues, on a non-profit basis, the objectives of promoting and disseminating university culture, scientific research and technological development in the fields of tourism, environment, health, public governance and human resources, carrying out university and post-graduate training activitiesuniversity, including through interregional cooperation and academic partnership agreements". 

The legal person is a subject of law, consisting of natural persons and goods, aimed at achieving common goals, to which the legal system recognizes legal capacity: in the system designated by our legislator associations, foundations and other private institutions acquire legal personality through recognition, writes the Region in its institutional site.
